A native of Eastern Pennsylvania, Dr. Joshi received his Bachelors from Drexel University’s School of Biomedical Engineering; and became a graduate of the Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2011. Dr. Joshi then completed a Sports Medicine Research Fellowship focusing on cartilage regeneration at the New York University Hospital For Joint Diseases. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip, NY in 2016. He was Chief Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellow at LECOM Health in Erie, PA. He is board certified in Family Medicine/Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment as well as holding a Certificate of Additional Qualifications in Sports Medicine. He is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at NYIT-College of Osteopathic Medicine at Arkansas State University, as well as Team Physician for Arkansas State University and Williams Baptist University Athletics. His interests include musculoskeletal ultrasound, regenerative injections, concussion management, and injury prevention.
Since moving to Jonesboro, Dr. Joshi has been the Race for the Cure’s Medical Director and is excited to have been selected as a Big Wig this year!
